We provide these services with professional Texas Department of State Health Services EMT and Paramedic personnel. Trans-Care provides both basic and advanced life support services in all areas to include set medic's. Trans-Care has provided services to several TV, Movie, and Commercial shoots to include Walker Texas Ranger, Good Guys, and Lone Star. We also can provide on-site fire/rescue units staffed with certified firefighter personnel.

Trans-Care also has a fleet of ambulance's, equipment, and Fire / Rescue units available as set vehicles. Several of our units have appeared in commercials and several episodes of Walker Texas Ranger.
